Estas\u00a0torres cuentan generalmente de tirantes o arriostres a diferentes distancias. El peso que\u00a0genera la torre sobre la estructura existente no es muy grande, por lo que no le adiciona\u00a0mucho peso a la edificaci\u00f3n, sin embargo, se deben de colocar el apoyo de las torre y sus\u00a0arriostres sobre columnas y elementos resistentes, porque la descarga de la torre no\u00a0podr\u00eda colocarse sobre una losa o alg\u00fan otro elemento inadecuado, porque este podr\u00eda\u00a0fallar. La base de la torre transmitir\u00e1 un esfuerzo de compresi\u00f3n en donde este apoyada, y\u00a0los arriostres generalmente transmitir\u00e1n esfuerzos de tensi\u00f3n.\u00a0Los cables o arriostres generalmente se tensan al 10% de su Resistencia, la cual es\u00a0proporcionada por el fabricante. As\u00ed, por ejemplo, si el cable tiene una resistencia a la\u00a0ruptura de 4.95 Ton en tensi\u00f3n, entonces se acostumbra tensar los cables a 0.495 Ton.<\/p><p>Tambi\u00e9n se pueden tensar los cables con diferentes fuerzas, calculando una tensi\u00f3n tal\u00a0que el sistema este en equilibrio.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ec315bb elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ec315bb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cuando al centro de la edificaci\u00f3n no se encuentre una columna para poder apoyar la base\u00a0de la torre, se puede recurrir a la colocaci\u00f3n de alguna viga de acero o alguna estructura\u00a0para que la torre se apoye.
